The least expensive way. UPS for smaller orders and motor freight for large orders.

The web site is not set up for the additional charges for air service. In special circumstances we can ship via air if the order is prepaid.

Will you ship COD?
No, not to retail customers. We only ship COD to qualified wholesale customers.

Can I send a check?
All retail orders are accepted only by using your credit card. A check is accepted only in special circumstances when an order must be prepaid because it is being sent via air or if it is a custom order.

Is it safe to order over the internet?
Your security and peace of mind are important to us, therefore we use a shopping cart that incorporates the latest security technology. For your safety our shopping cart uses the Netscape SSL protocol, and credit card information is never emailed to a processing center.

I want to order, but I don't want to order on the Internet. What do I do?
When you have a list of item numbers you want to order fax or e-mail your order; complete with your correct name, mailing address, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express account number, expiration date and complete shipping address (if different from your mailing address) and we will process your order once your credit card has been authorized as accepted.

I don't have a computer, but I want to order. What do I do?
If you are a retail customer in most cases you can go to your local library and order over the web. If none is available, please call for "special circumstance" handling. An additional charge may apply. If you quality as a wholesale customer, please call, fax or e-mail us and we will ship you COD, charge your credit card (once all your information is authorized as accepted) or set up an account with the appropriate credit information and qualifications.

What is the normal lead-time to receive my topiary wire forms?
Our normal lead-time to produce your order is approximately 2 weeks. We manufacture all of our topiary wire forms at time of order. If you need something for a special occasion, please call, as we can usually accommodate your special circumstances.

Why do the shipping charges on some of your topiary wire forms vary so greatly?
Due to UPS Rules & Regulations, any box that is over 84" in girth and length must be charged as if it weighed 30 pounds. This is due to the "bulkiness" of some of the topiary wire forms. AND REMEMBER, unless you reside in the state of California, we do not charge you any sales tax!!

How do I tell what size the topiary form is?
The first dimension listed next to the picture of the wire topiary form is the heights and the second dimension is the width/depth. When topiary forms are welded to a tripod stand the height is the OVERALL size of the wire form�from the very top to the very bottom.

What does the wire on your topiary wire forms look like? Is it painted?
The wire is galvanized to resist corrosion. It is a silver color. Over extended periods of time a patina will develop. It is not painted. You can refer to our "Topiary Tips" section for painting instructions.

Do you sell any of the supplies I need? If not, where can I buy them?
No, we just manufacture the topiary wire forms. Visit your local garden/home centers for the other supplies you need. You can see a complete list of the necessary supplies in our "Topiary Tips" section.

Do you sell live plants? If not, where can I buy plants?
No, we only manufacture the topiary wire forms. Please check with your local garden/home centers to find out which types of plants grow best in your climate. Suggestions are also listed in our "Topiary Tips" section.

What kind of plants should I use?
You can use live, dried, or any kind of artificial plants you wish. Vining-type plants are best. Please see our "Topiary Tips" for suggestions or call you local garden/home center for types of live plants that grow well in your climate.
